Great location.!! Mall n restaurants across the St. Hotel is very clean. Restaurant food is great (Tuna sandwich was BIG n food is cooked to order) n staff is friendly. Thanks Juan for help with my Spanish. Rooms are clean and quiet. Our RM had a cooler not fridge..would like a fridge. Pool area tile can be slick...most are tho. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Really great hospitality. No short comings at all. Any of my requests was granted. Much appreciation to ‘Dania Genesis’ for direction/guide to certain areas I was confused about. She is very communal and convivial.

The staff is very helpful! Juan was hands down the best part of the stay! He always made breakfast welcoming and nice knowing our order and making sure we had all we needed! He always went above and beyond! He will be missed!! (Thank you for all)

Dania and Juanito are excellent in the restaurant. They have been helping us learn Spanish. And helping us navigate the city.

Stayed here for 2 weeks en route to USA.

Very nice hotel, good room and amenities. Food could use more vegetarian variety but is good. Staff is very helpful and friendly and do their best to satisfy you. In particular, Juan and Jonas in the restaurant were always very warm and friendly and provided excellent service.
