The Hotel was under construction when we visited, but was a convenient and comfortable option near to Benito Juarez Airport, across from the AutoDrome. We were able to use the free airport shuttle both to and from ????????... We enjoyed our stay, and the extra time that was afforded to us.

I made a last-minute reservation here when I missed a flight connection at the airport. I got a great price through Expedia. The hotel was clean, very accommodating and they had a restaurant where I could have breakfast the next morning. It was a good experience.

This hotel is awful. The beds are rock hard so we couldn't sleep well, shower door wouldn't close, suites are depressing, not well taken care of and lack of lights working properly. Service at front desk was bad. Overall, the hotel is only good because of its location to the grand prix track.
The shining star of this hotel is the restaurant. The waiters are some of the best in Mexico cityand the food is incredible. We were more helped by the waiters than the hotel staff. I would come back to the restaurant but never again this horrible hotel. I also attempted to give them some feedback and they couldn't care less.

I had the nightmare of missing my flight to New York. I had to get a hotel room and I found this place. The staff was super friendly and professional. The room was sooooo nice, like wow. I will stay here whenever I travel to Mexico City.

Excellent stay here at the hotel, great hospitality, my room was wonderful. FYI they are remodeling but I did not mind the noise.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms in a 5-floor building. Separate washbasin and toilet deserve praise. Large bed and well distributed furniture. An spinning bike is a courtesy of the hotel, however, the gym could be made available for use by appointment. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast included, but you can pay for it in the restaurant on the ground floor. They prepare nice Mexican food - as a guest from a low-income country I found expensive prices. Very kind desk attendants and cleaning personal. I would stay there again.
