The stay was great overall. Unfortunately I did experience AC related issues, however, the staff did take care of that once they were available to do so. I would definitely consider staying again.

We've checked in last week this lovely hotel was amazing it doesn't ask for more or anything to any of the Reforma Hotels here are a couple details we loved

Upon arriving in Mexico City I cut myself and had a nap and stained the blanket and within 10 min we had a new one!

Erick from Recept was very friendly
The Restaurant manager was abs amazing he out flowers in our table and food was delicious

We explored the lovely terrace on the 5th floor and it's so cute!

At the end Rogelio did our check out super fast at 2:30 am as our plane was leaving at 5:40am.

All the staff greets you like if you're an old friend,they know you well enough

The location is great and close to so many acti and attractions the "Metrobus" stop is only 1 block away line 1 station Ciudad Depirtes

This is a good hotel for its price. The staff are helpful and have at least one person who knows english in every shift. Make sure you identify that person and ask for him or her. They are more than glad to translate

Old fashion rooms, bathroom very very old and small. Lavatory too small with no table /extension to put a necessaire. No freezer in the room, how it can be today?
