Great people, clean place, hot water. They clean daily and take care of covid-19 guidelines. Only downside: some traffic noise in some rooms. Airplane noise late night. If other guests are noisy, you hear it. Solved the noise with noise generator from my phone.

Last minute cancellation on their part without any kind of warning. The receptionist lied to our own face, saying she had called us at a given hour when she clearly did not!! On top of that she had this terrible attitude. Awful, baffling and disgraceful!

Its a good place to close to av insurgentes were you can have a good time to relax or have a great reunion with friends

Not expensive, usefull, good hotel. But a bit far away from downtown
