It's more of a small hotel that offers some okay prices for the kind of quality you're getting, the thing is the rooms are amazingly cramped, the only reason I give it 3 stars is that my stay was only for one night, had I needed to be there for more I probably would have disliked it a lot. However the service was wonderful and the employees that were there during our visit were very kind.

This hotel is close to the metro, in the historical district and cheaper than anything Lonely Planet. It's clean, has a funky 70's style, with lots of rooms that overlook the malecon (which can get a bit noisy, but is a great view). They have free wifi, cheap room service, and the price is $240 pesos (roughly $21USD) a night, and MUCH nicer than other hotels for twice that price in the area.

But BE CAREFUL-- the lady at the front desk showed us the 'Junior Suite' when we asked about a single room, and we took it, not realizing that it was special in any way. It doesn't have an extra space, no amenities that are different, essentially a rip-off, especially since the wifi doesn't reach the room!
. So we were charged about double what we would have been, had she not pulled the bait-n-switch. The rest of the staff seem much more trustworthy.

Small,. Very old rooms and toilets very little investment in the overall structure of the place , creepy , we had booked 3 days on the basis of what was written on the page but had to leave the place after the first night.

I like it, can't beat the price and location.. Our room taker was great, give them a tip, and they treat you even better..

They have very nice drinks to drink, their Margarita is very good and also the food is pretty sweet, I really enjoyed their pasta, and their soup.

Budget place to stay with parking lot, just a couple of blocks from the Monumento a la Revolución, walkable distance to a couple of supermarkets to stock on supplies, so, if you're traveling light and on a budget, this is the place.

The hotel is "okay". You get what you paid for. The location is excellent. The elevator is really weird, almost an exhibit on its own.
