This hospital is a criminal, my husband because he vomited 7 times, check in at their ER and they rip us off $300 for a 3 hours visit. Don’t come if you are a foreigner. And they don’t give our ID because we don’t want to pay a rip-off price. They don’t have any passion to help you. They just want your money and take advantage of your sickness. We had to yelling inside the hospital, but then they let us go and gave my husband’s ID. We didn’t have to pay our bill after lobbying the senior doctor.
We do feel guilty because we didn’t pay. But if only they gave us an honest price, of course we will pay it.
Oh ya, they even charge twice our ER visit check. Becarefull when you read your bill.

Yuri the Nurse and Dr. Leo/ Dr. Choy my doctor were extremely helpful in diagnosing my case of food poisoning. I stayed one hour on the ER. While many people may call this service expensive, you pay for the incredibly high quality of service and the nice staff. I felt like a new person afterwards.

Went here to see a cardiologist. You have to get a COVID test that takes 20-30 minutes in order to be seen. It was $930MXN which seems expensive and was a bit annoying. Other than that the doctos and nurses were so kind. I paid an additional $2,7771 for the consultation and EKG. It might seem expensive to some but compared to the USA it was cheap.

My friend got food poisoning and vomitted all night. We took her the hospital in the morning. Dr choy saw us and recommended she stayed for one night. He estimated the costs at 5000 pesos. From there everything was fine. The nurses were attentive and nice. It took them 3 attempts and poking three needle holes in her arm to connect the IV but hey you learn by trying. The day after before our discharge, they gave us a ridiculous bill for 20K pesos, four times the estimate. We had to push back and have a mexican lawyer friend of ours to call them and tell them 20K is just wrong for treating a trivial food poisoning. In the end we settled for 10K pesos. Still too much. They probably thought as foreigners we have a lot of money to spare. NOT ETHICAL.
I have attached the initial bill they gave us. If you are familiar with medical costs see what you make of it.

Came to the emergency area on a Sunday morning, due to a bad cold and sore throat.
The emergency service was top, first a general check up from a nurse and then we saw the doctor.
Staff was very friendly and the overall experience was good.

Approximately 700 pesos for the basic emergency check up.
