We've been staying here for almost a month now.The place is clean. The employees are friendly. The area is not that big but I love the decors and the courtyard. It's so pleasant to hang out in there. The downside is that the AC in our bed is not working. I've told them a couple of time and the maintenance guy check on it but it was still not cooling. The entrance is a little weird for me, cause it's literally in front of the street. The insulations is not that good, you can hear people outside the room even the street noise. But overall, it's a safe and good place to stay.

Excellent location, clean and big rooms. The people at the reception and entrance door are incredible polite and warm.
The only problem are the bed mattresses which are placed on play wood instead of a box spring. It was the worse sleep experience of my life. The bed also made a horrible noise each time
my husband turned around.
Hotel administration should take note of the problem which is addressed several times in online reviews.

Too expansive for what you get. Dirty, old and no service at all.
Waste of money.

A very beautiful place with very friendly people and good attitude. I was 3 months and I had no problem

To be honest, I was kind of nervous to go to Mexico during the pandemic, but everything went better than I expected and the staff did more than enough to make me feel safe, they were really kind and attended all my concerns. I would definitely stay there again.

What makes this place great is the location! You really do not need a car if you are in this place or polanco in general. The building is ok and it has everything close from it and in walking distance. You will find uber cars all the time, taxis, and bus.

Great residential at one of the best places in Mexico City. The architecture beautiful, it is very clean and organized. Security 24 hrs. Friendly staff, The apartment has nice decoration and everything works!
I loved my staying there and I would definitely come back one day!
