I went there for business, and the wifi was terrible. They offer a “business center” that literally had the worst wifi in all the hotel. Also, on Sunday, I wanted to relax with a massage, and the masseuse was good, but the “spa” is only a room next to the gym, it was impossible to wind down with all the noise, I had to stop the massage. Although, The staff was always super nice to me, and I have no complaints about that!

Last but not least, I don’t think the installations are worth the price, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and I’m not coming back.

A very chill and beautiful place to be, there’s cool things to do and the neighborhood is very nice, take a walk and visit cool places around ! There’s a pool, a nice equipped gym, a wonderful view on the terrace so you can just sot and relax or have something to drink or eat, there’s also something really cool which is a jacuzzi which is next to the gym ! Definitely a recommended place to visit

i did not stay at the hotel, but dined at the restaurant. seems like it should have its own name and google entry. had the burger and can recommend it.

This hotel is barely a 3-star. The facilities are completely rundown. There is little to no soundproofing. You can hear a lot of noise from the street but also the neighbouring bedrooms and corridor. The decor is old and worn. The rooftop terrace was closed. It took several exchanges with the reception to book spa treatments. It is not a spa hotel. We have stayed with Grupo Habita before at another hotel and had a totally different experience, unfortunately we won't be risking it again. Really really disappointed!!

Roof top bar....Came here for birthday party and they lost reservation but did accommodate us. European priced drinks and great Ru0026B music. It was quite cold on roof top and they didn't have outside heaters which would be a great idea. Still had a great time.....

Cool, cozy with great bars and food. The staff here are truly wonderful and will do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. Ideally located, close to all the restaurants etc in Polanco. Highly recommended!

Great space and location. The restaurant is beautiful, filled with books, nice furniture, huge mirrors and interesting objects. They have a very private pool and jacuzzi, with views of the city buildings surrounding the hotel.

{-small closed balcony, -loud vibrations from below, -old facilities}
