There are two locations of this restaurant but we went to the Condesa location. Their menu is pretty big but you have to be able to read and understand Spanish in order to read the menu. Our server was great and got us a digital menu in English. I definitely recommend the corn and sushi cakes along with their drinks

Amazing, yummy, affordable. Everyone should eat here. Their sushi tastes like what we call "Mexico sushi" which to us is the best kind. We can't find such yummy sushi in the United States.

I’ll make this review as brief as I can because I can write paragraphs describing this godawful place. This supposed “Japanese” restaurant is no where near what it pretends to serve. Every employee there is so hapless that the disfunction is very evident by the way you’re served. The rice that they serve is super stale which immediately lets you know that it is reheated and old. The plate I had was so gross, I didn’t even finish one quarter of it. The prices on the menu were very expensive even by comparison to Los Angeles. In all sincerity this restaurant is the worst experience anyone can have and I really mean that.

Attentive service but food was overpriced and terrible. Tuna bowl (small raw tuna cubes over white rice) ruined by mayonnaise type sauce. Noodles with mushrooms ruined by too much sugar in sauce (or on the noodles) and there were large chunks of garlic mixed in the bowl. They appear to think that adding mayo and sweet flavor to everything is a plus, but anyone craving real Japanese food will be grossed out by excessive heaviness and/or sweetness. In fairness to the restaurant, we went there for New Year's Eve, and it's possible they had different cooks, but since they were closing early, I suspect not.

Ordered 3 dishes, teriyaki, ishiyaki sea bass and gyoza. Took a long time to receive order

Gyoza was flavorless and lukewarm. I

Teriyaki and ishiyaki sea bass were also served lukewarm and missed any ginger flavor.

The ishiyaki was supposed to be cooked tableside but instead was just brought out on a plate .

Very disappointing .

The food is delicious but I think it’s slightly overpriced.

Always love their dishes but what takes away from them is the inevitable quality of the seafood itself... México City doesn’t get good quality products in general
