After around a dozen trips to various Mexican cities, I’m confident that this is the best bar I’ve been to in all of Mexico. Sit at the bar with the friendly locals and the exceptional bartender, Fermin, will make you feel welcomed instantly. Nice selection of beers, mezcals, and tequilas, along with really, really excellent food. The only downside is that I can’t return until my next time in CDMX.

One of the best cantinas in CDMX. Vibrant crowd. Music. Great bar staff, classic selection of beers and some great tequila and mezcal.

When you get hungry, order the sopes.

This is a must go when we come to DF! We love the Atmosphere and the bartenders. Don’t go here for fancy cocktails. Go here for vida de la barrachella!!

Good location, crowded local cantina with reasonable mezcal selection and snacks. The chamorro was tasty. Banda music a bit too loud, so it's not the place for a quiet night out.

Proper old school Mexican cantina. Less touristy than other places in the neighbourhood but that’s it’s selling point. Good service and a decent drink selection.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Great little spot with excellent service, good prices and a lively atmosphere. A bit more local then other bars in the area.
