Cool place to go to. Used to be a home. Interesting decor. Great food and drinks, drinks can be a little pricey but a couple isn't bad.

El Candelero is by far one of Mexico City musts! With is impressible decor and ambience, matched with superb Food. From outside the gate seems almost unimportant, but after you cross the threshold of it's doors you'll be amazed by it's interiors.

Traditional Mexican cuisine served as if you where at an old hacienda.

Always live musicians, a great pianist and festive atmosphere at lunch and dinner.

You can't miss their famous Cesar Salad, prepared by the Maitre d' hotel at your table according to the original recipe, the mole en metate, Pescado a la Veracruzana, The Huachinango a la Sal, Josefas, Their famous Indias Vestidas, and a whole menu os Mexico's culinary masterpieces.

Open for Lunch and dinner. Ideal for groups. If you're planning a unique party, ask the manager for the Salón Los Espejillos.
