Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. The Service was quick which gives the impression the burger was already made and sitting there just waiting to be served. Sure enough, the burger was not fresh and it was too messy... I ordered a large chocolate shake and that’s where the deceptive practices were discovered, I order the large size with no whipped cream, the cup was barely full, I brought that to their attention and they said it’s measured by weight, ver deceptive and downright illegal ... It seems like the whipped cream on top gives the impression it’s totally full and it’s not ... deceptive practices from their part. Truly disappointed.

The service was somehow fast (because there were only 2 customers) but I still had to wait for 2 orders of French fries and they were not right out the fryer... the Guy cashier rocked it had a badge with name Alexa. The female manager on duty spent more time on her phone.

Fast and Friendly Service. Flavor is just like the ones in USA. A kind staff member acted as a waiter from start to finish. Had a great time with co-workers. Right accross Galerías on Insurgentes Ave.

Can't go wrong with the food, just about everything on the menu is good and doesn't taste factory made like other fast food places. The attention you get here from staff is specially good and better than other CJs

It has a nice atmosphere and it looks very fancy. The service was great, but a little bit in the slow side. It was an enjoyable experience overall.
