Ordered a pizza. Told them we were staying at fiesta inn insurgentes Sur. Gave them the direction. They called from wrong fiesta inn. Told us 3 different times they were coming. Never delivered. Never called back. Yes. We speak enough Spanish to order a pizza properly. Awful. Use dominos. They delivered in 20 minutes.

This is like another fast food restaurant, but small!! It's perfect if you order to go, because they only have a few tables and a very little bar with high chairs. Dispite this, the place is something "cosy and comfy" due it's little size and decoration. The menu is just what you expected for m a pizza restaurant. It's ok for a commercial pizza in a fast food chain like this.

Unfortunately the food quality is poor and to many days in freezing the wings they need to do something to offers better fast food quality....I will never come back there ...

It's a good brand but in this store the complete mexican version, for a simple order I wait almost 30 minutes,, in this zone I recommend Benedetti's it's better quality, flavor and time!!!

It was cool, the thing is that I asked for a personal pizza and Didn't have any yet... But other than that everything is cool.

So common. It's just another Pizza Hut, nothing special.
The employees are kinda... well, nice people.
