A good place for anyone looking for a bed,
hotel it's probably not.
Very small room and the breakfast is really minimalist. (No water or bread).
There was a terrible noise in the early morning of works.and we ask to move to another room and we responded negatively. Beside that The guy in the lobby was nice and Helped us with everything we needed....

We had a terrible problem at this property as the services they put in the description of the property, are not real. I had to call the police as they refused to refund the money and were getting really agressive, mostly the owner.
At the end, with the help of the police, they agreed to do the refund and the receptionist wrote a letter saying that they would make the total refund. A month later, BOOKING. COM TELLS US THAT PROPERTY DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND. We are issuing this again with the police and the ministry of tourism.

We booked here only because the woman in reception told us that they would keep our luggage for four days as we were returning there with another reservation. The day of the check-in, there was another receptionist who told us they don't keep luggage.
I asked for cancellation and total refund and we were given false information and the staff got REALLY AGGRESSIVE.
I had to call 911 and they sent police officers to help us. The owner of this place told me on the phone that he WOULD BEAT ME UP AND GET ME OUT OF THE PROPERTY.
With the help of the police, we could solve the situation and they had to write a document saying that they would refund the money.
We really feared for our lives.
Thanks god right now we are in a normal hotel.
