Definitely a contender for the best chai (tea) latte I've had. It was exactly what I needed on a cold morning while visiting the neighborhood. The attendants were also friendly which added positively to my overall impression of this place. Already looking forward to another visit.

Update: The horchata here is also amazing. Revised my rating to 5 stars for consistent quality and service.

The place and service is good. But when I order cafe American. Cashier ask me if I want more strong café that I said NO! I don’t want. The end bill come he with extra espresso. I hope that not the way to get tips.

I very much like this chain. Apart from it being Mexican instead of USA owned, the coffee is good, the hot chocolate is good, the cakes are good. The staff are friendly and the interiors are bright and welcoming.
I just have a small niggle, too much packaging i.e buy a lovely cake and it comes in a box (ok it's cardboard not plastic, but that still needs to use energy to be recycled) and you get a plastic fork wrapped in plastic.
All that being said, I would much rather walk into one of these instead of a Costa or Starbucks if I couldn't find an independent store.

Great coffee and bread. It has a comfortable spaces to work while having a hot drink or else talking to a friend. Service is good and taken to your seat.

Pretty bad espresso... Tastes like it's from a gas station, except double the price.

During quarantine they were really organized, the local is small but it is well stablished. And the coffee is amazing, really one of the very best in CDMX
