The price was excellent for the area. So much to do around. But it is a busy street so you might not get to sleep well if your room is facing the angel.Overall was ok.The breakfast was not the best especially the coffee. The thing we really didn't like were the beds. They are sooooo stiff and hard. I had to ask for extra pillows to place on my bed to sleep on top. I don't think I will book a room there in the future unless the mattress get changed.

It took us 48 minutos waiting for front desk to help us with our ckeck in, even though there were 3 persons working on a group's checking in. When they finally helped us, we got our room key and were already headingvto the room, security lady came to talk to us to let us know that it was a mistake and they needed to change us to another room. We had to go back down to the front desk and wait on line again to make the check in again. Not even a sorry for the confusion from the front desk lady. Very disapointing.

The rooms are normal sized, for europeans.
They were clean, and well equiped, but the space for hanging cloth was limited.
The ac was working realy well.
The service was friendly and nice.

The breakfast is bad.
You only have coffee, tee, fruits,
Yougurt and a bit bread for free, for more like eggs you need to pay.
The fruits are old, the bread is hard and the coffee.....
The only good one was the yougurt.

They store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.
Realy good location, not all windows facing the angel.

Don't come to this hotel from today to at least a month from now. I arrived to the hotel today, I made my reservation today and when I got here, after checking in, the people at the front desk told me that they had a problem last week and many rooms have no air conditioner, ( the temperature now in cdmx is 80 average) and so, they offered me 5% discount for the lack of air conditioner. So today when I made my reservation, they knew what was happening and they didn't mention anything, they are letting guest arrive here and then they tell them about this issue.

Great place, crean, beds are comfortable , and very nice people attending the hotel, plus they can get local transportation any time.

Convenience location, just in front of Angel. WiFi speed very slow and disconnected many times.
