TOURISTS BEWARE! The food was okay, the service was mediocre, but they add an IVA tax line to the bill which does not match the prices on the menu. Per Mexico laws, the price listed on their menu is supposed to include this tax already. Some restaurants separate it on the bill but the total should be the same as the menu price. This was not the case. We noticed it and asked about it, since we'd never seen that on a bill before and we've eaten at dozens of restaurants in Mexico. They told us it was the tax, which is absolutely not legal.

We decided not to cause a scene and just pay the total and consider the 16% tax as tip. They came by (before we paid) to inform us that the bill did not include a tip. Considering the lackluster service, we were only going to leave a 10% tip. At that point, we paid just a little over the bill and left. We did not know enough Spanish to fight it and just wanted to leave after 2 long hours with barely any service.

Don't eat here. The food isn't good enough to be charged an extra scam "tax" and the service is bad. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby that don't follow shady practices and have better service.

Good place for socialize over food and drinks. It is a bit pricey but hey you're on the main avenue of CDMX and can look El Angel across the street.

Food is not rich. Come here if you want a good setting for chatting and hang out.

Popped in for a quiet drink and was instead treated to a lively mariachi show and superb bartenders. This place has such a great vibe; people were celebrating various things across a few tables, getting up and dancing with strangers, and drinking deeply of fine spirits. Each of my three drinks featured mezcal, and my hats off to the bartenders here.

If you're looking for a great place with great drinks, this is it.

Excellent service, bathrooms are clean. Great option for groups. There are plenty of option to drink. I love mexican food so this is a perfect place to try different dishes . I think there is not valet parking but you can parking at the mall Reforma 222. I recommended come!

Walked by this place a few times with a friend I’m traveling with and liked the vibe from the exterior; decided to give it a go.
Other tables had paper menus, but we were only given the option of using the electronic menus by scanning the QR code. The navigation on the menu site is atrocious and couldn’t figure out the drink options.
My friend found one he liked, but the server tried to talk him out of it. I said I needed another minute to look, and the server stood there waiting - very uncomfortable. Apparently he didn’t like that I needed more time, because he called over another server, who proceeded to try and sell me on some other drink. I relented because I was just tired of the process by that point.
Both of us were turned off by the experience so far, so we decided to just have the drinks and get food somewhere else. The server did not like that at all. After our drinks were delivered to the table, we were left alone with no service the rest of our time there. Took about 20 or 30 minutes just to get the check because our server wouldn’t even look in our direction - we had to ask someone else. The drinks that we did get were not even good. My drink just tasted like passion fruit juice… but had coriander seeds in it for some reason?

Best part of the experience was the San Pellegrino after walking around the city for a while.

Do not go to this restaurant.

Listen to the other reviews that this place is a scam. Terrible service, racist waiters, and decide to pull a fast one on you with the bill. I hope this place goes bankrupt. Complete garbage

This is the most awful restaurant in Mexico City by a mile. Stay away unless you like bad service and worse food
