The good about the place:
- location: plenty of bars, restaurants, parks and transport near the hostel, and despite the proximity of all these things u can have a good rest at night cause u can't feel the noise at night.
- service: Carlos and Vidal are 5 stars hosts, always available to help, always smiling, always suggesting new things to do and visit, can't thanks them enough... also, the bedroom was cleaned daily based...

The bad abou the place:
- no laundry at the hostal so it is quite inconvenient for lomg stays.
- just a communal little fridge which was on the ground level, again, quite inconvenient if u want to put something in there as in my case I was staying in the third level, plenty of stairs...

In overall I would recommend the places if u are travelling light, as a couple or individual and your plan is simply been outside.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place was quite a disappointment. The man who greeted us and let us in was wonderful, lugging my friend’s extremely heavy suitcase upstairs and showing us how to do all the locks, etc. (clearly many others had had difficulty, although they were very straightforward). The man working the morning was also lovely and happy to help, so I applaud the staff. But the room was absolutely tiny and had only a window to the inside of the building. Even with the blackout shade drawn over the window, the fluorescent lights from the building’s interior shown in around the edges. The fan in the bathroom made a huge racket and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom (the man downstairs apologized profusely and got us some right away). The room was too small to have a closet, the air was stale and it was completely devoid of character. There were two flower pots with no plants, and really the room felt unfortunately similar to a cardboard box painted white. You could hear everything going on in the stairwell clearly, so if the place is empty it will be quiet but if not, you’re out of luck. I suppose people stay for the location, but its location did not make it worth it for us. Again, the men who worked there are wonderful- kind and very helpful. It just didn’t meet our expectations for even a simple room. We were charged $1600 pesos ($77USD) and it felt like a $650 pesos ($30) room.

Stayed here for one night only with a layover at the airport. Quiet, clean, and in a great location. Would stay there again. Free coffee and bananas in the morning.

Loved our stay here, the service was fantastic. The location is very good. A lot of good restuarants are within walking distance. Also the central district is very close, just 10 mins uber ride. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations for local spots.
