A traditional and legendary cafe in Coyoacán. Probably the best coffee in town. We kept coming back to get our coffee and to sit in this very unpretentious environment, grabbing your chair from the stacks and finding a spot on the sidewalk and enjoying a superior cup of coffee whilst enjoying the quite and friendly environment together with local ‘Coyoacáns’
If you one day find yourself in this part of Mexico City, make sure you stop by this place.
We loved it.

Café el Jarocho is a tradition from Coyoacan so, if you go there you must try this coffee. This is a coffee to go concept, it's cheap and I think it is way better than the coffee you can have at any cafeteria around. There are many coffee options, a wide variety of teas and infusions, sandwiches, tortas and more food to go. Line is always super long, but it moves really fast.

Saw many locals sitting outside of the cafe in the morning. Tried their Chia latte. It was good. Chocolate muffin is a little dry.

Great just as you would expect from el Jarocho. Not as crowded as the other Jarochos.

Iconic stop at Coyacan. This place is quite old. Fast service, they serve nice coffee and sandwiches. Worth a visit for the history of the place. Not much space to sit outside. Many locals get their coffee there and the vibe is great. Small jewel

First time to have a coffee here. Good coffee and ideas for free seating with chairs using available spaces. Chocolate is made from Nestle Abuelita....I would expect to be more locally and traditional chocolate as ingredient, but this is it. Good service. Cleanliness can be improved.

had their speciality coffee which tasted like overheated cappuccino. it's a dark roast with slight burnt taste. on the other hand I also ordered the capucimoka iced. it was 50% ice but very rich in chocolate and cheap (comparing with Europe).
