I made the trip with a friend, but neither of us will travel with this agency again. The guide arrived late, the travelers were lost until that moment, even the bus driver knew anything because no one answered the phone calls he was doing, and after that we still waited a bit more although the website mentioned no tolerance on time. The transportation was ok but was not the one they asked for, however nothing can be done since the guide arrived late and it was to late to ask for a new bus. When we arrived our destination it felt like it was new for the guide as well, since she was asking for directions and more stuffs.

I have booked a trip to la Huasteca Potosina earlier this year and it was absolutely amazing. The coordinators Viviana and Eleazar were very kind and professional. I would definitely go with them again!

I booked a trip to Nevado de Toluca in December, they cancelled it the night before due to a guide getting COVID. Fine. They offered to change it to a different tour that I couldn't make - or a refund. They insisted that they would refund me, but never did. I asked multiple times and I've now requested at least 4 times for a refund and have gotten nothing...

The best, friendliest, and sweetest agency I’ve been with! I took a day trip through them, and wow! Best experience I’ve had! The guides are sweet, knowledgeable, and bilingual (in case you were wondering)! The day and weekend trips are the best, and a great way of familiarizing and getting to know the wonderful country of Mexico! I’m a female traveler, and felt safe, and secure! Try them out, for a great time!

Wow! What a beautiful experience. We did a group of 3 hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacán. We were picked up and dropped off promptly. Were greeted with coffee and pastries. And had a champagne toast after riding the balloon. Everyone was extremely professional, and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this once in a lifetime experience.
