Positive: All the staff were really helpful and ready to solve any problems or inconveniences. The elevator wasn't working and they asked us which floor/room we would prefer to be in, showing them to us, this was such a nice detail, not to mention they gave us some wine as courtesy for the problem with the elevator. The room is nice and comfortable, as well as the bed, and it has a kitchenette and a nice big TV with lots of channels. The location is really great, close to Reforma but in a quiet street. They have parking on site. Everything was really comfortable and I would stay here again without thinking it twice.. Negative: Nothing to dislike..

Positive: I've stayed in this hotel for at least 4 years! Location is great as well as the price. It's like a small department. Despite that it's located near important avenues its very quiet at night. It was recently renewed, which makes it more comfortable.. Negative: it still looks a bit old..

I chose the accommodation based on location. Location was great, however the rooms are dated and feel dirty (smelly carpets, stained curtains etc). I was disappointed with the reception for charging my credit card and then demanding cash payment. I got the card payment refunded, but a week later. Very hard to deal with the staff if you don't have a sufficient level of Spanish.

Negative: Sheets are dirty with hair. Bathroom is smelly. No hot water..
