If it were possible to give a 0-star rating, I would. There is NO WAY this is a 5* hotel.

- The Wifi doesn't work
- People are constantly smoking in their rooms and it comes in through the ventilation
- There is 1 employee working at a time, and there's no one watching who is coming in and out
- The hotel has no AC
- The key cards don’t work to open the room doors half of the time
- There are no complimentary beverages available in the room, or in a common area (there is no common area)
- The breakfast was disappointing and not as advertised

IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING STAYING HERE, THIS IS MY RECOMMENDATION: STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. LIFERALLY, ANYWHERE ELSE.

This hotel promotes itself as a place for business travelers. I just lost a deal because there wifi is absolutely garbage. So annoyed. I could not even sign into zoom or load a webpage. Do not stay here if you need wifi.

The hotel clams to be 5 stars, but I wouldn't give it more than 3. The location is very good and the staff very friendly. I was happy with the size of the room very much. The breakfast is rather basic but still enough, and floors in the room not very clean. I kept finding hair from previous guests all the time. Besides that, a good experience overall.

BEDBUGS. I have traveled all throughout Mexico and the rest of the world and have never encountered them until now. I am very careful with my luggage, placing it away from any soft surfaces and I check the bed before I sleep. The next day, I noticed a huge bump on my right hip. I started noticing bumps on my neck. I assumed I was allergic to something. By the next morning, I was covered in bites. They were all over my face and body and my friend was also covered in them (see picture of my friend). I spent the night searching for bugs (zero sleep). Eventually, I found 2 bugs: 1 underneath me and 1 crawling on my pillow. I put them in a cup and took them to the front desk. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms. Um... yes.

They moved us but did not compensate us at all for the nights we were being chewed on. I took all the precautions on returning and my suitcase is still on the porch in a plastic bag. Otherwise, the hotel was pretty clean, cute, and the staff was nice - especially the men who carried our bags. But this does not make up for having to pay for the privilege of being eaten during the nights.

I am VERY disappointed that they didn't take off the charges for the nights that we couldn't sleep. There were red marks on the sheets in the first room, which apparently (now I know; I didn't then) is an indication of bed bugs. So there is no way they didn't know about the bugs and they put us there anyway. I had to buy a big scarf and sweater to try to cover them up. We had to buy oral allergy medication and anti-itch cream. This ruined our trip entire trip - ITCHY, ugly, infected-looking. It was HORRIBLE.

The hotel location and staff there are very good. I forgot my wedding ring in the gym there. But as soon as I paid solely for delivery they sent it to me back in Houston. That's was very kind from their side. Breakfast was tasty, and our room was cleaned up properly almost always in time.

Excellent location in quiet and safe street. 15 minute walk from Zona Rosa plaza with 2 24 hour convience stores nearby. Staff was amazing during stay. You definitely felt safe with their consistent concern. Gabriel was tremendously helpful in arranging taxi and tours right from the hotel, even providing which location to steer from if you're a tourist.

The room itself was wonderful. Had no issues with AC, heat or noise. I'd definitely stay again. Very welcoming and wonderful people. Only thing I suggest is for the bathrooms to be updated. There's definite rusting seen through the handles.

Good room and location, bad WiFi and billing.
We paid tax (19%) as part of our booking but the hot tried to charge us this again. And then on checkout they tried to add an extra night to our rate.
WiFi is pretty unusable except late at night when no-one else is using it.
Otherwise this place is a good location, huge bed and decent bathroom although a bit lacking in privacy. Quiet location for this part of town, coffee in the room was a nice touch. If they get their billing and WiFi sorted it would be excellent
