Best Japanese on Mexico City!
I've lived in Asia and am always looking for true flavours in this side of the world.
Went there for late lunch on Sunday, it wasn't busy at all. The staff was friendly and offered a great experience.
We sat at the bar and the sushi chef shared some tuna sashimi with us while we waited for our orders.
We ordered the gyosas, spicy ramen and salmon bowl.
Everything was delicious and cooked/prepared to perfection. The gyosas were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The ramen was the best I've tried in the city; melts-in-your-mouth chasu, soy marinated egg, chewy noodles and tasty broth - not too spicy for Mexican standards. The fresh fish was just that: fresh and dressed beautifully with just the right amount of sauces.
I'm looking forward to go back!
I really liked it... Can you tell!?
