Excellent ramen, the broth is flavorful, and the noodles are always perfect. The portions are very large so consider splitting with a friend. Only downside would be the service, it's a bit slow and not that great, but the food makes up for it.

I love it, I went to Merida in March, looking for a place to eat sushi and something different I found it.
So good that I just went to Merida to eat at Tokyo 07 again. Excellent service

service was really bad. Waitress kept forgetting our order, and it took a long time for our order to be ready even tho the restaurant was empty. The food was ok but definitely not “Real Ramen.” Sushi was not that great either. I would not recommend this place.

The food is just ok. The rice is flavorless but it has the right consistency. The hosomaki is very small (and I know hosomaki is supposed to be small). But they do not give you soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, or even chopsticks.

The menu is in Japanese and mixed Spanish and English, when I asked for an aguacate roll the waiter corrected me for an 'avocado' roll. Keep in mind this is in Mexico.

Not having the garnishment (soy, wasabi, ginger) is the main reason for my two stars rating.
