The hotel has direct access to a mall that has everything you may need. Direct acceso to parking lot and a convenience store right next door are a plus.

The hotel has lower standards, than usual low cost hotels. For example, we had only two towels in the room for two adults and two kids. No more towels were available that day, according to front desk. There is no shower mat, and no after shower rug. The elevator lock to prevent external people to access other floors did not work (I know it is a safe city).

Good internet, too.

The stay was ok but the very very bad part of it was the beds, I can’t imagine how people can sleep in those beds, it’s impossible.
I hope they do something about it for their future guests. I’ll never stay there again.

The room was clean, and staff were friendly. The only downside is there is no pool, which I didn’t realize upon booking. The breakfast was okay. It’s very nice that it’s connected to the Mall and has an Oxxo below.

My reservation was not ready and they sent me to a different hotel claiming thst was the one we reserved. When we got to the other hotel they gave us a room that was dirty and smelled awful. There were hairs on the bed and the bathroom was disgusting. The staff was rude and unexperienced. You will think that they would treat you nicely after making you run from hotel to hotel. Horrible experience.

After a very bad personal day (funeral) Me and My Family were tired, hungry and overall done. But the hospitality by your front desk attendant and night-shift guard made it all so much better. This is was hospitality is all about. They were nice and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and modern. Excellent location with a good parking lot. But the staff is wat made it A+

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel it has a very modern theme based on a music theme. It also has an industrial feel which I love. The rooms are very nice and I found the bed very comfortable each room has an extra pillow my wife needs lots of pillows to sleep she asked at reception and when we returned from eating in the mall which is attached our room had enough pillows for her to sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful also all the members I spoke to could speak English. The bar and breakfast area are nice the breakfast is basic but hot.
