They have this service where you are provided with a little cardboard with a 2 digit number you put on your table which a waitress-like recognizes your order with, I totally understand how they came up with the idea however if the employee doesn't find you at first look they can take up to 5 mins to look at all the other tables.
Prices and quality are just like any other location, you come for fast food and that's what you get. :)

Staff was rude. Ignored me. Acted like I was an inconvenience, purposely took their time. If you don’t like your job shoot higher then a fast food joint. Your the one that is miserable not me by your petty attitude. Viva Mexico

One thing I love about this place is the great attention they give to customers and the speed with wich I was served in the order I ordered. I like the promotions they give and they are very useful for enjoying a good burger. They are my favorites burgers, it is a comfortable place to enjoy a moment among friends with a good atmosphere to enjoy some very delicious burgers and shakes, finally I would like to comment that the shakes are very Delicious those with chocolate, oreo, vanilla and more the strawberry flavor which is the one I always ask for every time I go and visit them in their branches wherever I am. I want to rhank you for always striving and listening to your customers and providing the best of the best! They are the best in any state of Mexico where you find them! Thank you.

Okay so first of had the crisscut fries, i specifically requested NO SALT, the guy said "these don't come with salt like the regular fries", so when I get them they're seasoned ???? at no point did he say they were so u gotta ask if it's seasoned (not just salted)....so salty a.f. the burger was ...blah, not very good tbh flavorless and the bun was dry. But guess everyone has different tastes ????????u200d♀️
