The market is really authentic in Mercado style. Local fruits and produce are common scene. Locals shop here all the time to get their household goods.

Such a great place to get all the stuff we don't have in the United States. Such a wonderful cultural experience. Very recommended. However, try to look at different shops if you're looking for something in specific ????

A must visit if you are in Merida. Was one of the favourite highlights of our trip. Very authentic, great prices. We bought snacks and misc items for the low. And! The icecream vendor was AMAZING so that was definitely a plus.

Really dirty inside, poor placement and divisions of the different areas. Not quality produce overall with really few exceptions

Never coming back, don't waste your time, better go to Mercados de abastos

Super crowded, and not feeling too safe. Tried to find some Mexican unique fruits and none of it here.
