The food was tasty. I really loved the menu that they presented. Those biscuits were really soft, tasty and served at the right temperature along with that creamy mashed potatoes dampened with thick gravy...My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I definitely will go back and try another dish from their menu.

Slowest fast food place in Merida. Manager will easily win “most incompetent” award.

Extremely slow. We were in line for about 45 minutes and the workers had no intention of working fast to clear the line. Fries were cold. If you are expecting the same flavor as the chicken at KFC in North America you will be disappointed. Won't be back.

They now offer spicy chicken and even though i din not order it. They are cooking in the oil or at the same time I received spicy food. Will have mack sure crunchy orginal

Absaluty disgusting!!! They can not call them self s KFC the coleslaw was rotten and the chicken was dry af never in my life have I been so disgusted with food!!
