I felt that this hotel did not offer what I paid for it. We stayed in two other hotels both of which were very similarly priced, and they were much nicer and cleaner.
First, the beef sheets had quite a bit of hair in them. When they cleaned them the next day and it again came with hair - not sure if it's visible in the picture - we just left and went to a different hotel and lost the money.
2ndly, the air condition was only on or off. You couldn't set any temperature. So it was soon too cold and when you turned it off it got too warm.
Bathrooms were old and looked/felt dirty.
Staff couldn't speak English but were very friendly.

This was a lovely budget hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. And the water pressure in the shower in our room was put of this world! We also got a triple bed room which is a fantastic option because we have 4 children . We would definitely stay here again.

Great service, very quiet, nice pool, clean and safe. We enjoyed 6 nights here and were 20 mins to the airport and 10 mins to city center by uber. The breakfast is really limited to toast, coffee and fruit for $5 usd, but the lady was really nice. The rooms were clean and large, with good ac. I left 50 to 100 pesos tip each night. The elevator is slow but works well. There is an atm right next door and a chicken restaurant across the street with a little better coffee. They will not bring food to your room and there is no laundry. I recommend and will be back.

A great place not so central but a great place to lay for the night. Stayed here for 2 nights and I was welcomed. Pool was great. Rooms were great too, clean. Its a great place all in all. Has restaurant available but all I wanted was coffee and you'd have to pay buffet price for t so I took a stroll and found a OXXO a couple of blocks north of it.

If I had the option of giving 0 stars I would.. first of all the elevator wasn’t working. We got a room in the 3rd floor at room 305 and as we walked into the room it smelled really bad so i called to switch rooms and they did change us to another room in the 2nd floor. The second room smelled too but not as strong as the first one. The second room had a lot of black mold in the bathroom and honestly it looked nasty. We had paid for 4 nights and we only stayed 1 night no refund. The receptionist had good customer service but honestly I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Our decision to leave was because of the black mold, bad smell, uncomfortable beds and cleanliness.

The staff was not the friendliest; the hotel needs some remodeling seeing it is old, stuffy and moldy it is not walking distance of many food places nor do they count with a restaurant (except mornings). Not of my recommendation unless you are just staying overnight in which case make sure to get a newer room on an upper level.

A complete disappointment in all levels. Dirty rooms and sheets and covers smelled badly. Asked to changed them but they did not. Had to changed 3 times to different rooms because they all had some issues smelling like sewer and the rooms being dirty with old refrigerators . I wish i could put up the video that i took for you to see how disgusted this place was. Couldnt cancelled paid in advanced. Pool was never cleaned after i was leaving. Stood there for 8 days. Very bad services in breakfast not good.
