I’ve eaten here dozens of times and have never been disappointed. The location on a quiet stretch across from the Palacio de Musica is convenient and incredibly pleasant. The interior of the restaurant is unique for Merida and you’ll feel transported to old world Europe. The owners are kind and accommodate my special requests. Prices are more than fair. It’s like a neighborhood restaurant where you always feel at home. The food, wine, coffee and desserts are solid.

Pasta’s are rich with flavour, you can taste the effort and dedication. Quality is like being in Italy. Terrace is on one of the best spots of Mérida.

Our favorite Italian restaurant in Merida. The decor is typically Italian. The service is attentive. The food is consistently good. The price is quite reasonable. Don't let the construction across the plaza deter you. You will not be disappointed.

This may be the best Italian food I have had in the Yucatan. We were a group of 10 and we could not have asked for better service. The staff were attentive and helpful. We ordered cocktails and they were delicious. The food was served piping hot and very tasty. I would recommend Caffe Italiano to everyone. It is a secret gem tucked away in Centro.

A very popular watering hole. We went the other evening after a concert and they were overwhelmed by the customers. They ran out of items and service was not up to par.
