Great location, staff and courtyard. The room was good for a short stay as there is no fridge and the bathroom smelled abit but you kind of got used to it with the air freshener.
Pool was great to cool down but needed to be cleaned on a Dailey bases and it would be perfect, Showers had good hot water.

Comon areas were beautifull but the tripple room we had was very basic, small and cleanliness was not one of the bests. There were 2 dead cocroaches on the floor and stains on the sheets up on our arrival. So the place was missing the proper touch of someone who really cares. The receptionists speak very poor to none english but that is understandable, just saying in case somebody reading this needs some special attention in english. The location is excellent. The payed parking place is 2 blocks away, the hotel redeems parking between 6pm to 8am, the rest is on behalf of you.
In zhe same price we saw a couple of other accommodations on Agoda and Booking in the center and we think we could get better value elsewhere. Our stay wasn't bad, it was just OK.

This is a family owned hotel. The service, is great as it is very personal. The rooms are comfortable. The location is awesome because you have everything closed, walking distance from the heart of the city.
Overall it was a great experience!!!!!

We rated this a 4 star because we really felt that we got what we paid for. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, closely located to shopping and large markets. The place is very secure and quiet within the grounds. The pool was maintained and a nice place to go for a dip, during the heat of the day before going back out looking around and shopping. The place is interesting, and we would stay here again.

Alright place, warm water and internet was spotty. You get what you pay for but the highlights are the location - right in downtown Merida. Where is safe to walk anytime.

The staff is also very friendly though they speak minimal English.

Family owned hotel near Paseo Montejo. They have a charming coffee shop, unfortunately with Covid 19 the service is limited. Great coffee. The pool is small but enough to refresh of the hot Yucatan climate. Very clean.

Overpriced......This was my 3d visit to this Hotel and the worst. No hot water in sink when I arrived and still none when I left (7 nights). Staff spoke no english whatsoever, no coffee and for some reason I was the only guest. I visited other Hotels in the area and they were better priced and better maintained. Do not recommend.......only pro was location.
