We paid £19 for one night of stay. The price is worth an extra point I suppose.

The room itself was functional, aircon was good which was appreciated in the heat.

That's about all the pros I have for this hotel. It was super old and tired, doors do not open properly, with gaps in door panels. WiFi - don't bother with it it doesn't work. Bed, not very comfortable, you don't even get a blanket.

Shower room was mouldy. A bit of bleach would have gone a long way but they didn't bother. Also, the shower head was lower than my head. Not a pleasant shower experience.

The rooms are not at the top standards. Old and broken.
The area where it's located is excellent!

I was alright. It has an old colonial feel. Close to the center of the city. We got the room with the balcony which I recommend.

Hmm not bad for the price , close to old town Merida. Stayed for a month, poolside rooms wifi is non-existent. The hotel was contracted to local construction company who housed their employees. Got loud at times , not as quiet as I would have liked it. The restaurant has amazing food , rooms cleaned daily , two bottles of water a day is provided.. overall pleasant experience not best nor worse.. ????

all good, accommodating for tourist very helpful staff who really try to help any way they can, free parking is perfect and if we return to merida we will definitely be booking here again because location too is great. thank you for our stay????

Rustic, kinda old, but clean hotel in downtown Merida. Good for the price and service is real good

Gym needs to be revamped don't book if you need the gym as it has a lot to be desired .. the doorman was soo lovely desk staff really nice aswell
