I love this hotel. Away from the traffic of the Centro Merida, decent room and attentive staff. Provided us with our request for an extra chair and towels. Complimentary Breakfast selections exceeded my expectations, I felt that was brunch. Real traditional Mexican dishes. Enjoyed every single dish, particularly the fruits salad. Perfecto.

After hearing from a friend who visited Mexico recently about poor housekeeping service, I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the room every day, made the beds and brought clean towels. The breakfast was ample a a little different each day. If the Yucatan could just get over the mask hysteria, it would be a wonderful place.

Second visit here. Good location and friendly staff. Quick check-in. Decent included breakfast (scrambled eggs, beans, chilaquiles, random meat of the day, pancakes). Room was comfortable. No noise, clean and good covid protocols.
Only negative is the water pressure wasn't constant. The comforter on the bed felt a little heavy for my tastes. Good if you are in a cooler climate.

had dinner here, they put bologna on my hamburger and quesadillas. There is no hot water, and most of the amenities are closed

Excellent service, the rooms might need a tad upgrading, but I only used it to sleep so it's not a big deal to me, could be to some people. The food service offered at the bar was delicious, those tacos are amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Will return in the future!

Stayed here for 4 days in November 2021. The hotel was very clean. Front desk/reception was very attentive and helpful. The daily breakfast buffet is probably one of the best I have seen in the days of Covid. I am a full time traveler and have seen lots of variants to breakfast since 2020, this is definitely one of the top 3 I have seen. The staff was very helpful and offered quick service at breakfast. I never met one unkind employee, they are training their employees right here. To use the gym you must make an appointment. Gym was fully equipped with cardio and weight equipment but no water or towels available for members to use. Daily room cleaning was great with one exception. Every single day they would take all our towels and only leave 2
clean bath towels. Not once did they replace the hand towels or wash clothes they took away with fresh ones. We had to call the front desk every day to get clean hand towels and wash clothes. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.
