After having moved to Mexico 3 months ago it was interesting to eat Tex Mex at Chili's again. Great experience! Saul did a great job keeping my Coke Zero refilled (definitely something I have missed....free refills!)

Food was good as normal but what really disappoint me this time is that in the men's room I went to wash my hands and find out that I could not open to get water because it was broken and instead of blocking the sink they put a nail that is very dangerous to open it. Here you can see some pictures. This is a big restaurant food chain and it is not acceptable that they have like this and now more that everybody should be washing their hands. Too bad this time Chillis.

Terrible. I figured I'd give them a try because they had a 2 for 1 special on Uber eats. I ordered their 2 for 1 boneless wings and fries. The portion size of both combined didn't make up one full size order. They even cheated on the fries.

The quality was awful. The boneless wings were dried out and not fresh. I lost my appetite immediately and had to find something else to eat. I will stick to TGI when I have a craving for bar food.

I was a regular customer at this restaurant for 6 months untill I decided to stop going there because of the bad service received by some employees. Since I visit Galerias Merida often I decided to go back and ask for a table in Alfonso or Fernando's section. They are dedicated, devoted to what they do and they are really efficient. I would give a 10 stars to both of them and this is why overall I gave a 4 stars to this Chilis location. The food is good, the ambiance is good and Alfonso and Fernando are more than great !!!!!

American food ! tastier than in America...try it.
Great service and something else. Sound system like if you where in a Club!
