They didn't give us the car we rented, they gave us a lower-end car, we hit the road and the road police stopped us because the car had a burned-out headlight.

I made online reservation, when I arrived there they said some taxes and insurance wasn't included, so when they recalculated the price, it was 10 times higher! Simply unacceptable!
