Good place to stay, the parking garage elevator was not working so they let me park up top. I need knee surgery so this was a huge win. They are NOT MASK nazis which made our enjoyment more pleasant. Our room had a bidet and the wife and kids loved it. Rooms were clean and comfy. The fee requests we had were taken care of quickly. We asked for late check out and they were super awesome and gave us til 2p. I would stay here again. One note was the pool is not heated. It's outdoors so it makes sense.

Ok to stay but nothing super special. Room as simple and small as others budget Hotels. Staff friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel and great location. Area is safe and close to some city attractions like stadium, convention center, theatre...

Location - Perfect. Right next to Poliforum.
Food - Not many options in the menu. Do not include breakfast in your package, the hotel serves the same daily and it is not tasty.
Room - it is ok, but quite simple. You can get better rooms crossing the street for the same rate, maybe less.

Service is not good, rooms and isles are dirty. Breakfast is really poor. I don't recommend to anyone who is staying more than one night

The food was delicious, our waiters where amazing and constantly creating new dishes for us to try, our waiter already knew our drink and food order before we walked up to be seated, I feel bad I don't remember his name but he had the most calm, patient, respectful,polite personality! The room was always clean and the house keepers where always friendly, reception is a different story they didn't like that I asked for tokens and soap to wash my clothes
(I was there 10 days) they had a look like I was stealing from them ???? like what can possibly do with those tokens? ease up a bit.The hotel was not able to accommodate 1 more night stay and felt they didn't care to try, they said they were expecting more guest to come in because of the fair again reception was not to caring or friendly, I guess I wasn't important enough for them-sorry! but the 5 stars are for the kitchen, waiters and housekeepers, great group of people????
