Worse place I ever stayed in strong smell of cigarette in the room found 2 big cockroach I called reception and the guy said he was going to send someone to see no help came and they didn't answer after I called them 3 more times if you are thinking about getting this hotel think about it twice not counting that they charge way too much for taxes compared with other hotels check how much is it when you try to pay

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. We had bedbugs (chinches) in our room (305). There was also construction in the room next to us so there was extremely loud banging and talking the whole day.
We woke up in the middle of the night with bites and itching, so we called front desk and told them. They gave us another room down the hall (301). From this room we could only faintly hear the construction the next day, but we realized this room had bedbugs too!
I haven't seen barely any reviews mention bedbugs so we didn't think it would be a problem. However, we got them in both of our rooms.
The breakfast was good and the pool was decently clean (although it seems they never skim the top). But for us, we wouldn't stay here again.

Nice, clear and demanding environment. Highly appreciated kind and helpful receptionists. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds, fast room service.
I had problems just with the shower. If You don't have hot water in Your room, You should ask for another room, They will help You.

The room was good but the hotel can update the equipment, I was confortable and everything in the room works well.

Despite the traffic outside the hotel this is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There is a secluded inner courtyard with a good pool and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and the largest selection of shoe shops that I ever seen very close by, a supermarket nearly opposite and the State library and history museum very close by.

There is no warm water in the evening.
Internet connection is terrible, most of the time you cannot connect to the internet at all!
Cleaning service is too loud in the hallways, and too slow. Ceaning cloth for cleaning floors are too old and smelly, so when they wipe floor in the room, your room smells next 3 hours until you open everything in the room including the doors for a 15 minutes to make some ventilation!
Girls on the reception dont speak english so they call somebody to translate every time you need something.
Sound isolation is poor,it does not exist! Doors are poor and you can hear everything from the hallways, since there is a gap between the door and door frame, and windows also does not fit tight. So you hear everything from everywhere!
Food is good!
Restaurant personel is very kind and helpfull!

Large rooms with a nice open courtyard. Restaraunt has very good food. Only problem is the hot water. After a long wait, the water was at least warm enough for a shower.
