This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed.

Excellent place to stay in Guadalajara! Staff was very friendly. Nice, small gym. Starbucks inside. Valet parking. Comfortable bed and beautiful view from the upper floors! Would stay here again next time in Guadalajara.

First time at this hotel, here is the good, the bad and the ugly.

I checked in on Wednesday evening, the front desk was not thay friendy nor emphatic. I did state ot was my first time here and that O had decided to give Westin a chance, I have been travelling frequently to Guadalajara since 2009 and have always stayed at the Riu, and they always treates me as family.

It was like talking to a wall, the front desk had no comment what so ever. I went on and asked for an Upgrade to a Jr. Suite, my baseline is the Sr. Suite at Riu, room I always book.

I asked about the VIP lounge, no such thing. Breakfast is not include in the fare.

The best experiences were provide by the bartender and by the restaurant staff, drinks are drinks - but food was awesome.

The Westin’s consistent branding across all their properties is the reason I love Westin. I know that the bed will have the same linens and pillows, whether in GDL or NYC. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, while the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options for anyone.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The location is so-so with a Hilton property right next door. Ordered room service and was happy they actually had room service and wasn’t using COVID as an excuse. Room looked amazingly clean and fresh and the food and drink from room service was 5-star and very tasty. Will definitely be back!

Positive: Its quiet at night .Close to plaza del sol and many locations. Negative: Broken iron.room not so clean.pillows not comfortable. Got upgraded with free breakfast included,but still got charged by staff .Bar only open at night..1 restaurant only.

Very unprofessional staff, and the room given failed the cleanliness they describe to provide during these new covid regulations. To add insult, I was charged twice! Once in Pesos when I booked the room and the second time (in dollar) on my credit card they had registered.
