The only restaurant in Guadalajara I managed to find where the food taste authentic Japanese. The food is amazing and you will not be disappointed.

Decided to try this place out because of ratings. Glad I did, ratings do not lie. Food is great. Fresh, great service (some servers speak English) large selection of sake. Has to be top 5 of sushi places I have eaten. Pleasant surprise in Guadalajara. I recommend this to anyone. I will return when I visit Guadalajara again.

This is my go-to for ramen. By far the best; the staff is friendly and they can accommodate to your needs if you want to make a change on your food. The place is clean, not overcrowded and price is fair.

This place is nice and clean, I love the tempura soup the owners is real Japanese people, NOT CHINESE so the food is GOOD

As part Japanese, who lived and ate all over Japan I would say this is easily the most authentic, fresh and value for money and quality you are going to get in the city or anywhere in Mexico. I tried several places and even the most expensive wasn't even close to authentic and charged over and beyond what they it was worth, which I wasn't impressed with. This was far superior.
Japanese are all about giving an amazing culinary experience for a fair price and I would definitely say that this qualifies.
Definitely come if you have the chance.

I have been looking for a place like this in years. Definitely the best sushi in Guadalajara!!! Very traditional and fresh. A friendly staff and owner.
