Amazing Place, I did not stay here but I had rented an air b u0026 b close by u0026 could not find it. I walked into the main lobby around 1 AM u0026 asked 3 kind gentleman if they knew where the building I was looking for is. Diego ( Im assuming was a manager ) u0026 2 other kind gentleman went out of there way to help me find the place. They went through google maps on all of there phones and looked through the street view until they found the building I was looking for. ( Which was a 10 minute car ride up the street ) They could have easily said they didn’t know ( especially when at first they didn’t know where it was either ) instead they decided to spend 15-20 minutes helping assist me until I find the place. I seen other guest walking through the main lobby to there rooms u0026 they were treated like royalty. Long story short, everything about this place is amazing u0026 there are great people working here. I know I looked pretty out of place asking them for help u0026 they helped me anyways. They allowed me to use the restroom u0026 also wait for my uber which was very nice of them.

If you guys are reading this, I appreciate you very much. There was 3 gentlemen total u0026 I only read one of there name and tags ( Diego ). 5 stars from me, thank you guys more than I can explain !

There were a few issues where some cleanliness was missed (hair in the room that wasn't mine, floor could use some attention, mini fridge needs to be steam cleaned or replaced in the room I had), Besides those issues rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff was amazingly helpful.

From the beginning to the end, the staff was friendly and professional. I will make this place to stay at when I travel. Rooms were pleasant and very nice.

We were there for a week and we had booked 3 rooms and it was fabulous. Thanks to staff members
Diego Gonzalez, bellboy Isahi, and front desk Ramon, Antonio and Fernando.
They were so helpful! If there was anything we needed they were right there to help us.
I hope these wonderful young men never leave Krystal Urban! I have been going there for many years and usually book 3 or more rooms and will continue to go. We are already planning our next vacation and of course we all chose Krystal Urban as our hotel. I have recommended this hotel to many friends and they all said they now have the perfect hotel for their vacations in Guadalajara! You have everything from restaurants to malls nearby. I still can’t stop talking about the wonderful service we received from these young men! Absolutely wonderful! Please never let them leave!

Modern setup, clean room, expedient check in, friendly staff who was easy to talk to, delicious food menu, and good location that is across the street from a mall. Fellow Americans: knowing some Spanish goes a long way, though English speakers seemed to check in without trouble.

I liked the feel at this place and had no problems. The demeanor of everyone was friendly but professional and each was always ready to accommodate. The entertaining croaks and calls from the grackles outside and interesting people who walked in and out served an enjoyable atmosphere that will surely have me booking this establishment in future trips to Guadalajara. Thank you Krystal Urban, muy agradable.
