Pizza Hut Chapultepec

I ordered a medium-size pizza today, with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. In a word, it was so very, very BLAND. Geez: no flavor AT ALL. In 74 years on the planet, I don't know that I've ever had a worse pizza. The crust WAS nice and crispy and delightful in texture, but it too was bland. I ate 3 of the 8 (?) slices (because I was very hungry after walking a long way) and threw the rest in the trash. It was that bad.

Fast service. Friendly, helpful u0026 fast customer service. I ordered my pizza u0026 walked out with a hot pizza within 15 minutes. Very well done. Good promotions found here. I got a two ingredient pizza for 99 pesos

We ordered a pizza and it came with hair!
The pizzeria didn't care, sent us to the customer service who didn't want to deal with it either as it was via Uber eat.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Just ordered from them and they 1) forgot my dessert so we had to cancel it and remove it from the order, and 2) undercooked both pizzas by A LOT. Like one actually had wet dough. We don’t have an oven in our apartment so unfortunately have to throw an entire pizza away and force the other semi-undercooked one down our throats. Don’t make the same mistake as us and assume that Pizza Hut is consistent across the board because this one definitely falls flat.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service ever. They messed up my order and kept hanging up when I called to get a new pizza. Avoid if possible.

Worst Pizza Hut Pizza I ever had. Not a lot of toppings and it was cold. I would never go back.

Staffs need to have at least basic understanding of english. Especially, at this branch because it is a tourist attraction area.
