This boutique hotel and restaurant looks amazing... I have not yet tried anything they have to offer.

I couldn't pass this place up without taking the piece of architectural art it is... The house it's in, is stunning!

Will be back to try the food offered at the restaurant or even book a hotel stay, Stay tuned...

This boutique hotel is beautiful..great location. Walkable to many restaurants,bars and attractions. The staff are super nice and give great recommendations. I would love in the hotel..love it. ????

We arrived very late in a rainy night, they said thay had a parking place, it was a lie, we left the car on the street. Very diffucult to find a spot on sunday. The person who opened the door was the most terrible host that I ever had. The bar and restaurant were closed. Terrible experience. The place is Nice and clean, but they doesn't have idea what costumer support means.

I struggle to understand how this is a 4 star rated hotel. I don't know if we got the only unrenovated room in the hotel because we had paint peeling off the ceiling, tiles popped off in the shower and water damage on the walls. Housekeeping was also inconsistent and we would have only one bath towel for two adults to no hand towels on certain days. On certain days housekeeping wasn't done at all even though we were out all day. It says no smoking in the room but the lobby and areas outside the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. Some of the interesting rules listed for the room were that if we were to check out early then we would be charged a 200 peso cleaning fee. I do wonder how many times this has happened in the past for the owner to list a rule like this. Another rule was that if blood or hair dye is found on the sheets or towels then we would be charged which would be fair except for the fact that the towels provided were stained. However, the biggest problem here was the noise from the surrounding clubs. It was on almost every night that we were there for the two weeks. I know this isnt something that this hotel can control but if you can put up with everything above then my one piece of advice is to bring ear plugs so that you can get some sleep. The hotels has some beautifully curated pieces and hits the mark on a boutique hotel but misses everything else in terms of service. The restaurant, however ,did deliver good food and great service.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt really at home. Very nice owner and staff, cool arty and cosy atmosphere with couches everywhere. Already planning to come back ... :)

Nice little hotel with great restaurant and patio dining area. Friendly and helpful staff and thorough housekeeping with drinking water and coffee provided daily. Other reviews mentioned noise from clubs but we only heard music on Saturday night and it was not loud enough to disturb us. Very comfortable bed in the Suite Presidencial!

I definitely recommend staying at this boutique hotel located near Tlaquepaque Avenue. Delicious food with great service. The owner is very attentive to guests and is an amazing hostess.
