This is a hidden gem ???? for food enthusiasts, kind of Anthony Bourdain (RIP) in the main supply market in Guadalajara. My family is a customer of this restaurant for many years. In addition to the delicious food, the atmosphere of this place is welcoming and of friendship, I would say it feels like family. Owners and staff are very attentive and super accommodating.
One of our favorite dishes is the fish soup, which consists of one layer of fish ceviche on the bottom of the bowl covered by a layer of soup with big chunks of fish garnished with avocado.
