This is the best birria in Guadalajara. The place is packed from 8am until they sell out, usually around 1pm. People come from all over Western Mexico to deliver produce to the market and get birria from Aceves. There is veal and goat birria. They have excellent hand made tortillas and will make crispy tacos too. Get one with a little 'gordito'. You will not be disappointed! Seriously the best around!

Best by far i live in Phoenix and work takes me all over i have had birria all over mexico and many other places in Guadalajara and this is by far the best wish they had more seats lol but its worth the wait
