Third visit and in 31 montgs great local but has no internet in the rooms was not casse last year ststem old and just poor equipment and set up for a building of steel and cement i have to chase the staff around to get fresh towels and beg for my room to be cleaned properly i even purchased cleaning supplies mop broom etc so they would not use thiers they still do when bring guest i called ahead to see if my room was ready they said was complete upon arrival they wete rushing to clean none of what is viewed or stated in website is true jesus miguel and the owner try but to no avail and the tinest minor cost nothing repairs are not made towel rack a broken tile a toliet paper roll holder or light cover tge only thing keeping me here is the price but more over they will not give me a refund so i could leave

The location is the best. You're close to restaurants and bars and shopping to a walking distance. Also the best of this hotel is the price of the rooms I recommend the ones with balcony. Also has a terrace on the top of the building where you can enjoy the sunset and view part of Guadalajara's old downtown. We had a great time here.

The hotel seemed nice. But a bit dated. All the electricity plugs in the room were only the two prong ones so I couldn't plug in my laptop...

Its a good, comfortable and cosy hotel and the staff is very nice.

Good budget hotel
