It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel, no ice machines, internet slow, everything is out dated from the decor to the pool. Very low water pressure, their breakfast is horrible. Location is horrible, lots and lots of homeless and junkies. Did not feel safe walking anywhere, especially at night.

Clean hotel, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The restaraunt wasnt great, breakfasts were terrible. I sent 4 articles to the hotel laundry and got them back a day late after i inquired at the front desk. When i received them they were still moist and i had to let them dry another night before i could wear them. The cleaning staff uses a powerful scent in the hallways that was very annoying.

Food is horrible, service is ok , gym equipment is a nice extra if the gym actually worked, cardio was broken and machines needed maintenance! some of reception could try and be more friendly , not very clean I don’t think I would be staying here again

Worse hotel I've stayed in Guadalajara. Dirty floors in room. Only 2 towels and bad customer service. Horrible attitudes. Very disappointed with customer service.

Room was fine... Even on the 6th floor you can hear the street a little too well.
It's very close to San Jaun de Dios so if you are downtown for shopping this would be a good location.

If I can give 0 stars I would! They show nice rooms on internet but ones you get to that hotel rooms are terribly bad!! I booked a junior suite for me and family and they gave me the smallest room I’ve ever seen! Not a safe place to go visit! Homeless and junkies outside hotel ! Save your self some trouble and don’t go there!

This is a great hotel, if you’re interested in staying in a “locals” place. It’s close to everything in the downtown area. That said, you will hear A LOT of emergency vehicles and traffic noise! It’s good if you will not be spending much time in the room. The rooftop pool is a small area and you’re not allowed to bring outside food or drinks. We still made it happen!
