Hotel Maya has a great location however the immediate area at night has some gritty but harmless folks. The beds are ok. Sometimes there are mosquitos, there's free parking for 6 or 7 cars max, first come, first served, the water is hot, the rooms unique and basic with ridiculously high ceilings. And it's pretty cheap. 390 for a single bed, 450 for a double. The closer to the lobby, the better your internet.
