Amazing location close to all the bars and restaurants. Modern and clean. We initially stayed on the 3rd floor but there was construction at the back just was quite noisy. The concierge moved us the next day to the 6th floor front facing which was much quieter.

There’s a terrace on the 7th floor and a small gym/workout area. Didn’t really hangout at the rooftop terrace as it’s been raining from 5pm onwards and the terrace is totally exposed.

Internet isn’t great in the rooms. Much stronger at the reception area. There’s lots of breakout rooms you can use which was ok.

I would recommend the hotel for short visits to Guadalajara. They have specials during low season. The main attraction is the location. Central to all the bars and restaurants so you can walk everywhere even in the rain

The room is great, quiet. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I would have given a 5 star review, but the waiter ,Jose in the restaurant is very rude, angry and dismissive. I dread the morning coffee where I had to see him. NOT a good way to start the day every day. Very, very unhappy person...consistently.

Nice place to spend a weekend, really good location just in front of bars and restaurants which is good, rooms are awesome.

Amazing hotel! The staff is so attentive and kind. Will be staying here for every trip to Guadalajara!

I have never felt more un-welcomed at a hotel. The manager with the grey hair speaks in a condescending and lazy manner. He is unhelpful, rude, and looks as if he wished I were not there. Awful experience every time I stay with you guys. This person would benefit from additional customer service training. I am surprised, because I believe he is the manager in the evening. The cleaning staff are helpful and courteous. The gentleman that helps with the luggage is so warm and welcoming. I believe the manager is a poor example of the other great employees that work at Hotel Love it.

Great spot. Clean and roomy rooms. I love the rooftop. I always go there when I need to apply for a visa, it is halfway between the CAS and the US consulate, thus I can walk to both places and not worry about lockers, parking, etc.

On site secure valet parking was a nice amenity. The room was pretty nice, had a mini fridge and 2 free bottles of water per day! The air conditioner never worked at all so it got warm in there during the day so sleep wasn’t the best. If you read thru the other reviews there are several people complaining about the air conditioning so this isn’t a singular issue. The neighborhood was great, great food and drinks all in easy walking distance up and down Chapultepec! Overall Guadalajara was well worth the visit, and if they can solve their air conditioning issues I would highly recommend this hotel!
