Hoy me decepcionó el Pork Belly, el sabor es muy muy bueno pero desgraciadamente la proteína estaba demasiado dura, era imposible masticarla… le comenté al mesero que si podían hacer algo para modificarlo (si cambio un poco se sentía ligeramente menos dura) el mesero me comentó que si no era de mi agrado me podrían cambiar el platillo.
La verdad es que el sabor era tan bueno que preferí batallar para cortarlo y masticarlo.
