The rooms were clean, spacious, and nice. The bathroom ha everything it needs to have. All personnel are very helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast is wonderful, and the chef, Carlos, is the most helpful chef I've ever met. He went beyond expectations to help my wife and me during our time there.

I highly recommend this hotel! We were here for more than 2 weeks and they really made us feel at home. All the personnel is very nice and attentive. We want to thank the incredible chef and David at the front desk for making us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel.

Jr suite is great, just needs a mini bar or fridge. Ac won't go lower than 31 so it did get warm in the room. Not impressed with the doormen who also park vehicles. Slow and we had to take our own bags which isn't a big deal but after a long drive we are tired

The breakfast restaurant is amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious! It’s a buffet, but the crew always makes sure you have what you like and makes sure your coffee cup is full! ???? Elizabeth Swan and Anna Maria are so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend eating here whenever in Guadalajara.

Hotel is small and mostly nice and comfy. No tubs but roomy restroom. Breakfast is ok but also simple and limited. When full, be ready to wait in line as space is small. One of Concierges needs training to id guest/customer as he sided taxi driver who wanted to overcharge us. Bedroom maids and restaurant staff are attentive.
